From M.o.1 -- The claim is that he had a gun however no gun is produced. Typically, unless the guy was shooting as he was running away, that would be the only justified reason to shoot him. However, no gun laying on the ground and no gun was found on him. Just another case of the militarization of the police department. Notice the officers walking around w/ AR-15's and other tactical gear. There are people who believe that the police are generally good and will do the right thing.......I, on the other hand, see this sort of thing WAY TOO MUCH to believe that. I guess once the dollar collapses, we'll just whose side the police are on.
