From M.o.1 -- It's becoming a common trend for me to keep posting these videos because they are popping up WAY too often. This lady was reportedly suffering from Dementia and Alzhemiers but does that matter to "Officer Jackboot"? You bet it doesn't! The officers were called to the scene because this woman had left the car and was standing in the parking lot. At the time, her and her family were in the process of moving and she was holding a kitchen knife that she had used to cut off her seatbelt. The story goes that she cut her seatbelt off of her for some reason and was standing in the parking lot very confused. Even though this lady was no threat at all, which you can easily see in the video, she was taken down w/ a wrist throw commonly referred to as "kote gaeshi" which has an EXTREMELY hard landing if you do not know how to land.
